    Default Suzuki cultus rebirth

    Assalam O Alaikum!
I own a Suzuki Cultus VXR 2005 and I am planning to sell it for a 2010 Liana Eminent. But first I need to maintain it because condition is not satisfactory. I am replacing the following parts:

    1. Spark Plugs
    2. Air Filter
    3. Tyres
    4. Brake Oil
    5. Gear Oil
    6. Engine Gasket
    7. Tyres
    8. Seat covers

Can anyone please suggest which companies should I consider for each. The budget is limited.
    Note:
    (a) I want good spark plugs but not the Iridium ones they are very expansive.
    (b) Brake oil and Gear Oil is hard to find. Please Suggest.
    (c) I always use General Tyre (XP 2000 II) are they sufficient?
    (d) I want to do a complete service. Can anyone suggest a good servicer in Karachi?

    JazakAllah Khair.
