Default Suzuki cultus 2007 vxr (cng)

    Dear PW members.

I need your expertise on the following:

I have got a Suzuki Cultus CARBY 2007 VXR CNG to which the biggest issue all year round is rpm.been to mechanics and the problem is that either my CNG rpm can be fine or Petrol but both at the same time is a miracle come true.

Other than that, its been mainly driven within the city of lahore and has crossed over 136000 without engine opened and I use 20W50 oil by total in it at every 3000km.So what are the additional maintenance things I should do

Moreover, without A/c it does more than 140km on cng should i get the kit serviced

What is tappet and do i need to get them alligned?

    Looking forward to your responce

carburetor has been serviced once only because Pak Suzuki said that the auto choke isnt working properly and the butterfly needs to be repaired
