I had a very bad working carb. It didnt have working auto choke and RPMs were unstable. People used to tell me to buy a new one around 10-15K from Pindi.
Khair, I found a mechanic through a lot of looking around in Pindi who dismantled the whole thing and cleaned up with petrol and assembled. Its now working perfect for the last full year (since last winter).

So I suggest you first get it to a carb specialist who can do this service. It will be better. BTW, my guy took me for 1100 rs.

My mechanic is in lahore, he cleaned up the whole carburettor of my cultus 05 and now the car is literally awesome.

before service the car was having unstable RPMS, jerking problem and black smoke . also the average of the car was not impressive

Today the mechanic of my car fixed the carburetor by replacing the butterfly assembly with a used one in original condition (I don't know the name of this part but it is the same that has been shown by "nfsmostwanted" in 3rd pic). The cost of this part was Rs. 3200. The carburetor is working fine now.

The name of the mechanic is Mushtaq. His workshop is in Gawalmandi Rawalpindi and can be accessed from Marir chowk, while going towards Liaqat Bagh. Take left turn soon after the train bridge. On this road, after about 500 meters, you will find a water filteration plant on your right side. Soon after this filteration plant, a street will be turing right, take this street and keep your self on the right side. On this street, you will end up with a workshop which belongs to Mr. Mushtaq. When you will enter in the workshop, ask about Mr. Mushtaq. If he is available, tell him your problem. He would check your car and would diagnose the problem and ask his boys to start the work. You can also ask him about the cost estimate before the start of the work. One important thing, please reach his workshop before 0900 hrs otherwise he may refuse to start the work and ask for the next day.

can you please tell the location or contact of that carb specialist?
