if you claim that the guy installed a relay with the horns and pulled a positive wire direct from the battery then Im assuming hes switching the negative from the relay, The negative feed that is on the bridge of the relay is bad. Either supply it from the battery or use it from a dedicated ground point.

Another point to consider is that the factory alternator is about 35 amps or something, this is useless IMO as when the engine runs along with headlamps etc, it goes to full capacity, consider this, approx 10 amps is used by the fuel pump n EFI, headlamps are about 10 amps, 5 for the rest - you are already at max capacity at this.

The other point of failure usually seen in pk suzuki model wiring is the missing ground strap from the engine to the front of the car. Make sure its there.

Zulfiqar bhai iirc they gave the efi cultus a bigger alternator, I think 50A, but never saw a ground strap to the front, there is one from distributor to firewall though

In Mehran there is Ground strap in front and some other older cars also had it like khyber. No ground straps in latter models. In Baleno grounding is like from battery one wire to the Engine and one to the body and then there is a third wire near TB that connects Body to the TB Bolt...
I am not sure but i think same would be the case with G10B Cultus...

You mean i have to give separate ground to relay or horns? And how to install ground strap in my cultus where to get in karachi? And is there any option to upgrade the alternator to 45 or 50amps is it safe or not? Thanks in advance sir jee

Sorry don't how its wired up and as i mentioned that positive is directly from batteries i think not directly to horns but to relay i think. And you were right they *** hole suzuki just installed small 30amps alternator and also i had found ground strap that is miracally connected from engine bolt to body bolt.

if the positive leg is switched then it means the negative is constant and is most probably just bare wire wrapped around the horn's own mounting bolt, Ground it correctly from somewhere else (the front of the car is not correctly grounded in pakistani suzuki cultus due to the missing ground strap to it.

Ahhh - yes of course you would find the 35 A alternator in there. PS would starve to death if they installed a big unit.

I had seen ground connection wire near radiator reservoir may give them ground from there?

Well today i checked the the connection of my horns i was talking about that electrician gave it a +ve supply direct from battery actually he added direct +ve to raley bypassing the connection which was coming from the fuse box. And I just want you to kindly guide me how to give proper ground(instead of body ground) which is currently connected to horns hanging bolts which purely grounded by body of car

run the positive directly to the horns (put fuse in line) - for the negative switching run a dedicated ground wire from the battery to the relay and switch it from the trigger coming in from the steering wheel, it will be a very neat install as you use the positive wire of the horn to energize the relay bobbin on the other pole.
