Nice Question hmm. Get in your Car, Start it, Move the steering and if u u have to apply very hard force to turn it its non powered and if u dont have to apply any force then its powered. Pretty Easy, Ain it?
Now What to do if its not powered?
Go To Chah Sultan and get a kabuli motor, Approx cost 5.5k

What's the need for power steering in Cultus? It already has a light steering.
_ 22 km/l from '03 VTi automatic, with plenty of room for improvement

That force u r exerting depends upon tyre size aswell. Alto has a pretty light steering on OEM tyre size. Owned one for 2 years
