    Dear PW experts main NY apni cultus 2007 ka engine complete overhauall krwaia ha jesay e workshop sy nikla to car play sy jaldi heat up ho rahi ha mean temprature knob middle py ajati hai lakin ziada opr bhi he jati.mechanic ny kana k engine fresh honay ki wja say ha ap isay thora chalaen to thek ho jay g.kindly give me yours expertise about this ......with regards

    Mid point is normal above it is an issue
    Are the fans direct and is the thermostat valve installed ?
    Aur apko Sai wala mechanic mila hy oven fresh engine tyar kia hy

    Hahaha fahad bhai half sy opt he jati but half tak jati hai fan direct hai iska.long root py to almost 30% to e jati but in small gears ya city m drive krtay huway mid to ajati hai.coolent he water hai.actually overhauling sy play yen long root py to bilkul down rehti the m is liye paresan ho thora k koi masla na ho

    with a direct fan and needle dropping to 30% or below on long route bhaiya aap ko abhor pareshan jaroor hona chaiyne else you ould require another engine haul soon

    for long life,better fuel economy and performance fan should be automatic and thermostat installed, needle should remain at half at all times

    revisit the workshop.

    1. get thermostat valve into the system
    2. use premix coolant - NOT PLAIN WATER
    3. rig cooling fans to work in automatic

    if your workshop refuse to do so on pretext of 'garmi hai' kick under the belt & insist to fix it in your presence later please change your workshop. The current set-up is '1st step' to disaster aka Gaskit blown again

    engine shall reach operating temperature and stay HOT to specs for optimum performance. LOW / HIGH temp means high wear & tear with abrupt fuel economy.

    running dead cooled engine reduce life of engine 80% that the reason of a 2007 car overhauled BTW if the piston are new a bit more heating is normal
