Brother what do you mean by not moving? Is the car not starting up?

If the car is not starting up then check the battery terminals etc , is the car taking self or not?

When you put the car in gear and then release the clutch to move it, does the car tries to move? I mean Zor lagati he clutch chornay par?

If yes , if car is trying to move then take a jack , lift each tyre at once and try to spin it with hand , if all the tyres are spinning freely then i'm afraid that it can be something to do with the transmission

That's what I recommended. Also in the future, avoid driving through deep water puddles. But if you do, make sure to dry your brakes by driving and braking repeatedly a few times before parking your car.

    Remove rear tyres
    Get a medium size hammer
    Release parking brake
Tap the left and right sides of both drums lightly and keep tapping until you break the shoe to drum bond loose.

Another tip is to not park the car for long hours with handbrake engaged in this season
