Question Cultus 2008 (EFI) RPM Issue

Our Cultus 2008 is suffering from a strange problem. When I start it, the RPM is at 1000 (which is fine), but when I turn on the AC the RPM drops to 500, which is strange as the common sense suggests that RPM should increase when AC is turned on. Even more strange is the behaviour when the AC is turned off the RPM climbs to 2000 and will remain there until I visit the mechanic and he will tune it back to 1000. In addition, when I am using the AC, the engine turns off as well after a while.

I have tried to change the foil (commonly known as "sikka") in throttle body but that did not improve anything. Beside this have visited a number of mechanic over the last two weeks but the problem is not solved. We also tried to bypass the computer so that when AC is turned on the RPM increases but that did not work as well.

Suggestions are requested from PW members, please.
