Default cultus carby replacement of parts.

My mechanic suggested me following parts to replace. Since this is my new mechanic so I don't trust him. I need your suggestions if the following are correct to buy.
    1. Air filter - leppon
    2. Oil filter - leppon
    3. Spark plugs - ngk
    4. Engine oil - zic m 15w 40 or shell helix HX5.
    5. Tyres. General 155x80x13

All are correct to proceed or do you think anything needs to be changed? Do I tell him to check anything else besides above.

I would appreciate if you suggest me any good mechanic who understands cultus cars deeply.

    Thank you.

    Thank you faheem.
Reason of suggesting zip m 15w 40 is because of summer weather which is gonna be severe in Karachi so he says thicker is good 10w 40 is good for winters. This is his thinking and suggestion.
Can u suggest any good mechanic?
