    you can take a metal coat hanger and bent it into a long metal rod and a screwdriver and a cloth and take the cloth and screwdriver and pry the top of the driver door only a inch enough to insert the metal rod, on most cars its pretty flexible, tried it on a honda civic reborn and just push the unlock switch on the drivers panel or if you have a different car try to pull the door lack handle or tab or whatever you can reach, only takes 5 min works every time.

    used this method to get inside a pajero mini with locked key as well as a civic.

    force a similar cultus key (the one with wear and tear so the ridges aren't too pointy), I once opened my khyber with a Santro key without any damage, the same lock was damaged(its travel to lock and unlock increased) when I forced a new key made for khyber.

    Just remove the quarter from a wedge like shape it will be the easiest and cheapest solution. Re fixing the quarter will cost you rs100 max
