Default Switching from water to coolant

Cultus vxr 2004 142k odo, totally driven on water as coolant in radiator . Whenever i open the radiator cap the whole thing is rusty enough. I have to put water in it aftwr every 10 to 12 days, if now i flush my whole radiator system and put some coolant in it, will it still eat the coolant as it drinks water every 10 to 12 days or things will be different ?

For a car that has been running on water in radiator since the 2004, only replacing water with coolant won't do the job, you'll have to get your rad serviced, since it's reducing water and gasket was changed a month ago there'll be leaks that you'll need to get them fixed, changing all the rad hoses is a good idea too.

Agree with waleed96. Have the rad hoses changed. Change rad cap. Check water body for leaks and flush with tartari.

water starts boiling at 100 centigrade , while optimum temperature of car is about 90 centigrade .. so there is no chance of filling radiator at all.. Experts tell u more.. this is just my tiny words
