    Default Cultus engine status?

I've purchased Cultus 2006 white color no Major accident Exterior sprayed No Alloy rims Engine Consumes oil (Approx 2 liter in 5000Km) for 6Lacs in december 2015.

Q:1 Is the price ok? if not what should be its price now if i want to sale?
Q:2 I've changed its Engine Oil (Zic 20-50) twice and both times it gave white smoke for 30 Sec on Motorway at approx speed of 120-130 Km/h.
Q:3 When should i go for its Engine repair, immediately or i can use it like this without any harm?

check for signs of blown head gasket and get a compression test.

Look for signs of oil in the coolant and look for creamy deposit in air filter box

Yes, Exactly I opened the air filter and there was quite some engine oil there. My Mechanic Cleaned the compartment and removed the oil and said drive it again at high speed to check if there is oil there again then we'll replace the PCV valve. Furthermore at time of oil change he poured in little excessive engine oil as well approx 3.5 liters. Mechanic said the smoke could be due to excessive engine oil as well. On a positive note he said the Engine will be fine it would be some other thing that is consuming oil.

Yes there was significant amount of oil in air filter box. I am not using any coolant in radiator but simple plain water. My radiator tank is quite dirty week and has little bit of leakage as well. Now what is the problem as it never gives smoke again but consumes oil continuously i.e. 2L/5000Km.
