I think during this process of removing tank, the wiring + and - to the speaker are interchanged.

basically speakers are not getting any vacuum for bass. goto a fiber glass maker and try fiber glass enclosures for the speakers.

So you are using an MDF phatta for these speakers as they are kinda heavy for the stock fiberboard?

well i am on stock speakers , i want some solution like stock ones. like upgradation of speakers but dont want to sacrifice trunk space. And dont want to install just a 0.75" MDF phatta and make it fixed so no use of trunk in this case. Can you come up with some ideas?

Are you feeding them with any kind of PowerAmp or just straight from the head unit, which normally deliver 40 to 50 watts per channel

Yeah u r right i know the difference between RMS and PMPO Watts, but branded pre like Pioneer, Sony, JBL, JVC, Kenwood, Clarion they also have this marking on them 45wx4 or 50W x 4, because the speaker we use in cars 6x9 are normally nominal 80w RMS , the geniune which comes in cultus are 4x6" are 50w nominal.

    anyway

is the sound really good with these 2 speakers on stock board/phatta without CNG cylinder. Arent they are too heavy for the stock fiber board?
