Bro, I am agreed with @nfsmostwanted
CNG also have quality issue. Always prefer 3 things while filling CNG:
- Pressure
- Cold/cool CNG
- Oil free CNG
check yourself which CNG station near u is good.
REMEMBER OIL IN CNG MEANS "WEAK COMPRESSOR",
IF compressor at CNG station is weak, then it will throw Oil with gas which will settled down in your cng cylinder & causes much damages to CYLINDER, PIPELINING & CNG KIT including rust too( due to moisturizer) ,ADDITIONALLY, it will also spread oil in your kit.(Tappet settings will also be disturbed due to oil in Kit or cylinder)
It is suggested to get your cylinder & kit freed from Oil at least ONCE in a year, Better to do it Bi-annual basis (every 6 months for at least cylinder while one time is enough for Kit)
Also CNG stations with "cooling" capability should be considered, some stations install extra compressor & condensor for maintaining temperature to lil. cold so prefer such stations in addition to appropriate pressure
If you have such issue, drive your car till cylinder is empty, then check yourself, take your car to CNG shop, tell them to clean your cylinder, get it upside down & u will see Litres of oil will come from within your cylinder coloured white , Then get your CNG KIT fully Overhauling with service, they will open & clean your kit, Also they will replace something like bush (shaped like bullet) within kit( i forget part's name) but it costed me additional 500 Rs. last year.
They will wash your kit with petrol & also quarter lite oil would come from kit too. Then after reinstallation of kit & cylinder, tune your car with RPM set to 1.1 K with full a/c & full head lights on (ideal in cold weather with family usage)
