I got duet compressor installed, replaced condenser & some pipes, put fan in front of condensor, total in Rs 15K with 2 weeks gaurantee but I didn't notice any difference in cooling of this duet & previous original cuore compressor.Electrician said one thing that duet compressor is more reliable (maar kha sakta hai) I think he meant to say that it can tackle minor issue like heating.

@meh1 today I drive car only 4 km with AC,cant say much about load but I feel there is no difference or minor.i think car runs better now with AC turned ON-this system with duet compressor plus new condenser with fan attached I feel is better performance wise then previous AC system
Engine heats up a lot with AC running but heat gauge remains down as always.where should heat gauge stand when engine turned ON?mine is always at lower down side, last time electrician checked it by attaching bulb & it raised to mid

Wether normal running or idle, As soon as the needle reach near to mid point, fan turns on and brings it down.
With ac, since fan always run, so again needle shouldn't cross half of the guage.
Danger zone is above half or more danger is the white color patch near H mark.

My fan is direct now for summer & AC.Needle always remain at C but to my surprise it raised today near to mid point & then lowered to point between C & midpoint. When installing AC I asked electrician to confirm if it is working properly he attached a bulb to it & showed me that needle came up to midpoint.
I did a big carelessness today I forgot to put down hand break & kept driving for 1Km,this was time when heat gauge raised to midpoint.
Any best way to remember & make sure that hand break is lowered down before running car?

The needle shouldnt always remain at C.
And Direct fan is not recommended.
Just ask any mechanic to tight the hand brake, so when u will try to accelerate, u will clearly feel that hand brake needs to be released.

Once radiator was leaking, i got it repaired and made fan direct(no t.v). With AC on, climbing a blocked road in murree in 1st gear it came bit over C. Otherwise I have never seen needle move with direct fan and without tv.
If you have t.v installed, it is normal.
for handbrake problem, always keep looking at instrument cluster. oil pressure, charging and brake system all lights are very useful in addition to gauges.

Dear Wasf i have problem with compressor(original one) in slow moving traffic it trips and start throwing hot air
while on long run it chills

so the suggestion given to me is to install duet compressor and some persons say "Original also work fine in critical conditions "
    Question from u is
"Please check your newly installed compressor in dead slow moving traffic under SUN"
    then post here its response
if it work fine then i'll move toward it
other wise i have plan to install its original

OK I will check & tell outcome but I didn't turn ON AC for last 2 days as weather is pleasant. I got installed original cuore compressor few weeks ago but it worked for 2 weeks(may be I got repaired one) only so electricians recommended Duets compressor, one member also advised trios kid compressor but I couldn't find it so got Duets.Still Some cuore owners prefer & have positive views about original cuore compressor.

@awaisamjad1 my Duet compressor chills good when car is running but cooling decreases when car is slow moving but I feel its cooling is better then my previous original cuore compressor that lasted only 2 weeks(may be it was repaired or faulty kabli piece).i think if your compressor cools good on long ways then no need to replace it as whatever the compressor is cooling increases with car running & decreases when slow moving.
Also take advice of senior members.
A senior member told me to get terios kids compressor for cuore but I didn't find it so I got Duets

Today 1st time travelled 90km(45+45 with 3 hours gap between) on my car with AC ON,Alhamdulillah everything went fine no heat up issues or any problem with AC.All time AC was running on MILD settings as COOL settings don't work maybe due to faulty chip.It was comfortable AC travel but cooling is not that chilling as we get with home aircons.May be with full COOL settings ON the cooling is increased?Your views?
    My findings :
1.Coolant level was decreased in bottle
2.When I removed car keys it was hot on touching.
3.Once few fumes appeared under steering but fortunately no mishap(may be some problem in wiring or fuse)
4.Engine bonet was very hot specialy the side where coolant bottle is present.
5.Heat gauge only raised once to half then slowly moved down

At mild ac keeps tripping/stopping when cabin is enough cold. but in our weather and cuore AC it will not happen at noon.
1- its not a good sign
2-it happens. I also feel key it bit hot.
3-very dangerous can cause fire (in older cars there is no main fuse and short circuit can cause fire)
4- yes happens. its normal. 80 C is hot like oven
5-with direct fan and no thermostat valve, it means problems in cooling system. because with cooling system at full power needle should never reach middle
