Tonight again engine turned off while I was driving on road in 3rd gear so I parked car in dark area to check for sparks & I saw Continous sparks (yellow color) on coil side where lead is connected & on top body of coil.qabli coil was checked at shop before buying. sparks arise when ignition is started & keep arising continously when engine is runing.when electrician was installing this qabli coil I insisted to connect earth wire too,he tried but connecting wires with body was giving sparks so he didn't connect it.
Updated : in morning I started car & some noise was coming tac tac i opened bonnet & saw a plug cable was detached at distributor side.Few days ago coil cable was detached on distributor end & car wasn't starting but this time car started but giving noise. Now this has happened twice, what can be cause?engine vibration or loose cable ends etc causing cable to detach?car was parked in secure place at night so it is sure nobody played with it.when I bought qabli distributor shopsman said old thick cables will fit on it easily & they are fitted easily but still they fall out

After changing distributor to qabli electrical my plugs, coil cable comes off where they are attached with distributor cap.cables are thick type like Cuore genuine cables, only coil cable was changed sometimes ago.do they become slippery maybe from oil when distributor was installed? What should I do?first try to clean ends if there is any oil causing them to slip out or replace cables.mechanics say 2 out of 3 cables are genuine & in good condition. One cable has burnt rubber near spark plug engine side

The best bet would be changing the cables with brand new one's instead of used or kabli one's. Mostly used or kabli parts have completed their life like these.

Check for the resistances of the plug wires and if the values exceed the required values given in manual of the car then they definitely need replacement.

The aftermarket wires may cost you around 600-1200-/RS for a normal new set. They also work good.
I am using the ultima plug wires in my car from 3 year's till now they are going good no arcing or loosing of cable's from distributor end/ignition coil/spark plugs.

The OEM wires must be really expensive.
@margallar has faced the issue of arcing on ignition coil he would guide you better about that.

I have heard about those wires. But haven't used them. They would be better... (Quality at cost)
But i am using the simple 8mm ones available with every shop for around 800-/RS.
They are serving their purpose good.

Today I checked resistance of spark plug wires & coil wire.i checked them with multimeter set at 40 K ohms.
    1. Coil cable Bosch super sport inductive core 385 = 17 inches = 02.16 K ohms
    2. Spark plug cable 1 = Genuine Cuore T-13238 cable = 24 inches = 11 K ohms
    3. Spark plug cable 2 = ultima resistance electrical wire 18 inches= 9 to 13 K ohms ( its end near spark plug in engine has burnt rubber)
    4. Spark plug cable 3 = Genuine Cuore T-13238 cable 19 inches = 09.20 K ohms
It looks like readings are good considering resistance value 5-8 K ohms / feet.
Looks like coil cable of Bosch (qabli) is not resistive type cable,it is inductive maybe better then carbon & resistive cords.its reading is 02.16 which is different maybe for its type
    Please comment.

i have seen that resistance does not matter too much, it just should not be leaking spark. That really makes things go bad.

i just remembered, KNK is better than ultima, try to get that

@wasf, brother ground the coil your coil is not grounded as you have told. YOu can damage your coil without grounding it if it may have some life in it.

My cables are all Sumitomo Japan

Jameel Autos is good, they lubricated the clipper pins and now it's working fine.

During job one more issue araise that the engin Foundation are damaged and secondly the mounting farm (Guardry - Jangla) is corroded just below the A/c water outlet.

Should I replace the whole Jangla or just repair the damage portion by welding????
