    @sajidahmed replace the 'GADRI' do not risk for welding / repairs. front end will remain trouble some & engine mount breakage problem will persist

    R u using cng or petrol??
    Coz i remember once such problem happened to my car as well. Later it came out a problem with cng/petrol convertor switch. It worked perfect on petrol, but cng side had some probs due to fault in its circuit.
    Just give it a check....

    @usmanuetian I am runing car on petrol only,cng parts are removed & placed at home.you pointed well.when carburetor was changed with qabli car wasn't starting so electrician repaired something under dashboard where fuses board is, he told fuse is damaged & then he made wire direct I think.then I asked him about petrol cng switch he told as car is only on petrol now so it doesn't matter which light on switch is ON but I keep it on petrol only. I never used cng so far.Also I suspect some fault in ignition switch where key is entered, I feel it behaves free sometimes.anyway I will get all wiring repaired or replaced with new next month & make it clean, neat wiring along with checking of all electrical parts,fuses boards, switches etc.
    Can we upload videos here in forum?i have some clips of my car radiator showing air bubbles in water.

    Yesterday I opened radiator cap to check water level,when i opened I heard air pressure coming out,water level wasn't upto neck but inner plates were fuly covered with water.i Refilled water & then started car & I saw lots of air bubbles keep coming & coming,sometimes foam like appearance,probably rust of old radiator is still there in system.when I replaced radiator with new before Ramadan from then I am filling only AC water in it & have flushed it twice to remove dirt.when accelerating water is thrown out too from radiator mouth.Today I parked car on inclined surface to bleed air & turned Heater On to full,started car,filled some water but I saw air bubbles keep coming continously, I think I kept engine runing for 10-20 minutes but air bubbles didn't finish,sometimes after acceleration there is foam like appearance with air bubbles.

    Did you not flush the system while changing radiators? If all that you say is true, check your dipstick first, if it's water free then ask a mechanic to check where the dirt is coming from into the radiator

    @dayrider when changing radiator all water was removed from system & AC water was filled in.After 2 months again all water was removed & AC water filled again.after first drainage there was still green color of old cheap green coolant but it isn't visible now but rust is seen there with air bubbles.if by dip stick you mean that for checking engine oil level I think it doesn't have water on it visible.i checked yesterday.Cuore  Fan Club - 85d7f91d5c869a3fecf0256f43f42d04

    Your engine is probably rusted then. Because the rust has to be coming from somewhere, needs proper analysis

    WATER ?? in engine cooling system ....!... Flush the radiator and use coolant. Premix Caltex coolant is good.

    Thermostat in place, electric fans to run on automatic, please used coolant and post again

    I had plan to fill coolant after 2-3 flushs, making sure all rust & old cheap coolant is removed from engine but there is much rust visible even after 2 flushs. Maybe I should try radiator flush liquid of good company.
    About Tstat & autofan I wanted to do it but mechanics forbid to do so saying engine is weak,radiator can burst or gasket can leak.They say to get overhaul done before activating Tstat & autofan.

    so you trust a class 2 fail mechanic and consider engine designer as stupid... Thank you .. My salutes. Guys like you are experimental mules for such class mechanics. Safely i can say you have been wasting your time over this forum since 2007.

    What is the variant of ur car? Its cx or cx eco ???
    I think its also mentuined on registration papers that its a cng vehicle or not.
