long time to start may be due to:
petrol setting not ok, or tunning not done from long time
or there may be an old CB point (contact breaker), its a small part which helps in starting the engine, normally it gets carbon on its contact point which delays starting. got mine change on last tunning.
    btw Which model?

Will get my car fill tonite, then will share here....
also let me know, how to measure mileage accurately?
the method in my mind is that, I noted the needle position (which was bit above half mark) before driving on petrol, now the needle is quite down (on quarter mark). So i have a plan to fill a fuel for 1000 today, then will see the needle position. Then dividing amount with kms...
    is it the correct way?

The best way to calculate your car's consumption is to fill your tank full, reset the trip meter, drive it. And now again fill your tank full. Now remember the liters of petrol it took to fill your tank full.

Then divide the km driven by liter required.

And the another way you are talking about is not that accurate, but i use to calculate the same way. :-P

32L means, you can fill your tank in (32 x 113=) 3,616 PKR
and if its doing 12 kmpl, it means 384km in single tank hence roughly 9.4 rupee per km. which is about 3.5 rupee per km on cng. So Petrol costs more than 2.5 times.
