When asked why the frequent change in the bearings , all they replied was "since your car is parked most of the time the bearings get weak" had a similiar complain from two of my cousins corollas.. rare usage causing frequent wheel bearing changes.

I am getting a manual Cuore 2007 in Metallic Grey colour. Perfect condition, no issues at all. No major or minor accident.
One problem is that it is 60% or more is showered by the owner because of scratches caused by his cats.
And 1 year ago, they installed CNG. Otherwise, it was running on petrol for 6 years.
    Price is 515k.
Shall I go for it or not ??

if you know showered is 'showered' go for it. sometimes showered can be in reality, damaged due to accident/rust and painted.
as for me, whenever i have a scratch on my cuore, i get it painted. i don't care about 'jane-ine'. it should be safe from rust and look good to me. my own cuore is all original from inside but from outside some pieces are painted. it looks good to me and makes me happy.

my advice to you and all cuore buyers is to check:
1- under car, lower side of front and back fenders and area close to it for rust
2- condition of engine and wiring.

price is good so go for it. daihatsu is famous for making cars that look smaller from outside but are spacious and comfortable from inside. it is not smaller than alto or mehran. and is parts might be expensive but maintenance cost really is only oil and filters change. suspension is hard for bad roads but you do not need to spend money on it every now and then. in cuore you get
1- fuel economy 2- reliability 2- comfort and grip at high speed 3- soft steering, brakes 4- very low maintenance cost
and there are many upgrades you can do. rims for looks, rpm meter, power windows and seats.

so if you believe me, go for it. best of luck.

Thanks alot. Is there a way to get it 100% confirmed that it's not damaged at all? It looks perfect to me but I am not an expert.
And btw, what is the market value of 2007 cuore? I guess it is 575k in Karachi ?

Check if the thermostate valve is in place. Check the the response at full throttle and make sure it cruises smooth on a low gas pedal.

@meh1 agree with you and disagree on some points:

Price is not good for the condition discribed.

daihatsu is famous for making cars that look smaller from outside but are spacious and comfortable from inside. it is not smaller than alto or mehran. Totally agreed may it be a boon , charade , cuore all are cool. alto and mehran is crampy from inside.

Parts are expensive but rarely require changing.

Maintenance cost really is only oil and filters change. True

Suspension is hard for bad roads which is why it rarely requires maintainence.

    in cuore you get

1- fuel economy yes but there are better efi cars out now
    2- reliability totally agreed
2- comfort and grip at high speed totally agreed
    3- soft steering,brakes totally agreed
4- very low maintenance cost totally agreed

and there are many upgrades you can do. rims for looks, rpm meter, power windows and seats. AGREED

resale is amazing .. Getting a good car is difficult as prices are high....

[QUOTE=CarSaaz;4312413]@omerabdullah22 how do you check the thermostat...[/QUOTE.]
    Yea-
The temp needle should stay at half the fan should not be direct and the car should warm up quickly.
If you come to think of it, engines are designed to operate on a certain temp and oil must reach a certain temperature in order to clean itself. The coolant flows through the engine, the carburator, the gas kit, the gear box and the heater. All these things operate at a constant warm temperature and there is a balance.

I described the car is in very very good condition and it is only showered.
Clean from inside and outside. Engine is perfect as well !
And a well-maintained cultus would cost me 550,000 and it will also be much older model around 2003 and 2004.
Here, I am talking about Cuore 2007.
I just wanted to know, If car is showered how much the market value reduces ?
