I have plan to remove cylinder alongwith its black carrying stand, now the questions are:
1..would fuel avg increase by removing cylinder and its stand ? Since about 60 65 kg will b removed frm car.
2..how to keep those small pipes safe, the one which is from filling point to cylinder, and other which is from cylinder to engine? Coz these pipes cant b removed I think and will b a loose ended pipes.

Later I wil install cylinder back in march april...

i will not recommend. i think, should not mess with things unnecessarily . doing it will improve fuel consumption a little. but it also means some scratches, possible breakage/leaks of joints. hassle of saving pipes and cylinder. anyway if u want some space at back and little more average u can do it.
for me i appreciate having secondary fuel and always have some gas in cylinder for 10-15 kg. once with a friend fuel pump failed and cng saved us. also once on motor way i filled petrol to full tank and fuel filter clogged. i think reason was bad fuel quality. and i was climbing up to isl. was using petrol and cng was full to. so used cng. it is very useful when u travel on long.

Guys, I am planning to upgrade my cuore. As I want above 2007 model and without CNG.
So I am planning to sell my 2004 automatic Cuore with CNG in silver colour in Karachi.
    Features:
    2 months old battery.
    5 months old AC.
    New Seat covers.
    And heavy sound system.
Working perfect with CNG and Petrol both.
    Odometer is around 78k.
Can I have the idea of Karachi market price? How much it should go for? Or anyone here looking for a well maintained automatic cuore?

I will share my car's pics ASAP.
I am not the first owner, I must be a 3rd or 4th owner. I bought this car in June, now I am selling to upgrade as I have saved some money to do that
    And Odometer reading is original.

78k for a 2004 model doesn't seem right. That too, with CNG.
Anyways, it should fetch around 550k. Though I am not entirely sure about the market nowadays. I bought mine in 670k last year. 2009 cx auto without cng

Btw, guys? My cuore has started to give tuk tuk sound when it turns and accelerates. Showed it to a mechanic and he said axle needs to be replaced. Now, should I go for the kaabli one or the chinese axle? There was one guy willing to exchange my axle for a kaabli one with the price difference being compensated for the axle. Getting the new axle was costing me 7500. Exchanging the axle was costing 3500 rs. What should I do? Should I get the new axle and keep this old one with me or should I exchange it? @meh1 @usmanuetian

Its an axle problem, but this tuk tuk doesnt mean replacement is needed. May be ur axle boot is torn off, and only boot needs replacement along with grease filling.
Better take opinion from few more mechanics. Or best is to go to authorized dealer for opinion.

I dont think that it will be giving 550k
    It would b around 500k
    Just my opinion
And yes, 78k km for a 10 year old car seems suspicious.

From what I have observed, a car averages more than 10000 kms per year if daily driven. So, a 10 year old car should have at least 100k on the odo.
Anyways, will get the axle checked from authorized dealership. Btw, if they ask to replace the axle, what should I so then? New chinese or kaabuli?

kabuli can work if u find one in good condition. it is a jdm one with proper grease. if u buy kabuli, go with mechanic and remove boots and get him check condition. if fine, install new boots with same grease. new original is also a good option.

Today, I got both the front axles replaced. There were two types. Chinese (3500 rs) and japanese(6500 rs).
I got the japanese ones. The inners of the axles were also torn so they were repaired. Labour charges were 1000 rs.
While replacing the axles, some transmission oil was dropped and collected in a pan to be put back in. However, I did not get that oil back in the car. Got a liter can of caltex texamatic 1888 and topped up the transmission fluid.
I wanted to change the entire transmission oil but the sales person told me that one shouldn't completely drain the oil. So, topped it up in about .6litres worth of oil. Total bill came close to 8500 rs.
Now thinking of getting the alignment checked. The mechanic said that the alignment ought to be okay but since there was axle work, I think I should get it tested anyways.

mostly hardness of gears is related to clutch and gear cables adjustment. u means jerks when clutch is released in first gear?

get japanese clutch plates and bearings. will cost almost 5-6K. i don't remember exact. total cost will be 10-11k almost. go for kabuli if u can judge condition. there is no match to kabuli parts provided found in good condition. but it can go terribly wrong if u use worn clutch.

clutch plates change is very simple. u just need a mechanic who will do it with care and dedication. ask mechanic to examine everything he removes and change worn bolts, bushes and other parts with new. install new seals in transmission. clean engine. change transmission oil to zic ff.
