Can you explain each and everything that Punjab Car ac did for the Rs. 11,000? Also, here is a quick tip. Park your car and run the engine. Turn your AC on and turn the blower fan to full. Look for the High Side Sight Glass. There should be a grey cap on your high side AC line from the compressor. It should be on the right side next to your right headlamp.
If you look at the sight glass, it should be either clear or you should see bubbles. If there are bubbles coming, that means your R134a refrigerant gas is low. If it is clear, then your refrigerant gas is normally full.
I am guessing that your R134a refrigerant gas might either be near empty/low or possibly overfilled. If the refrigerant gas is low, and they have NOT properly filled the refrigerant gas to the exact amount by WEIGHT, then your compressor will overheat and trip the pressure sensor. The other issue could be that your magnetic clutch on your compressor is not activating, which could mean a bad relay.
Can you tell me what all Punjab Car AC did and then I can guide you on what to do? I am in Lahore, so if you would like to show me your car, then I can help you sort it out. I can get the service manual and see what it says.
Let me know. Thanks.
