    Hello!
well try checking brakes on straight smooth road......!when tehrez no traffic.....check it wheather it brakes out jamn there or still skid...if it skids...it means u need brake pad change or some air wen't into ur braking system.....! maybe the place where u brake won't have traction at all....so tyres can't grip results in slipping..!

Dude change the tyres if they are stock general tyres.....
New tyres will change the whole feel of your ride and brakes will b more responsive......
General tyres are very dangerous ....My sister's Coure turned over and landed on the other side of the road....She braked hard to save a cat :p... Tyres lost grip, car was out of control and ended upside down...
Allah ka karam hai k she was not hurt... credit also goes to her seatbelt habbit....
Change tyres antecedent before its too late.......

My cousin is facing the same problem with his new Coure. AND he has had the tyres changed....

I have bridgestone b70 tyres on my coure and m still facing the same problem i.e front tyre skids ..
Ser_GTR is right ..this may be the issue of brake pads or brakes need servicing ( bleeding etc )

    More opinions required from experts

trojan ... coure has best brakes in its class and even better brakes than many bigger cars ...
u know u have to get brake service eventually
or lets sat after every six months .. go to toyota n dihatsu shop .. get brakes serviced .. brake oil and air in brakes etc etc is not your problem , it's theirs.
i would prefer get all wheels serviced not just 2 .. spending some hundred rupees to save your car is worth it .. and please ask mechanic or showroom ppl about after how many km's u should come back again ..
tip : also get wheel alignment
it sounds u dont maintain your car ...

Agree with Rocketman. Cuore brakes are far better than of its rivals.

@ adeel, get ur brakes checked by some professional. My advice is go to Toyota Eastern ( Rashid Minhas road if i am not mistaken) they are best at what they do.

i said wheel alignment for the sake of maintainance only
i ment to say get these things done after every 5 or 6 months. it is not possible that u get brake inspection and he dosent take air of it if it is there ..
if u want to check if u need brake service then drive your car fast in water , if it shows little improvement then get it checked .
alignment is expensive in khi than lhr ... they charge rs 100 to 150 max in lhr
