before doing any sort of work again - get yourself a cap for the A/C low side port on the suction line. Its missing and can cause problems.
a little off topic but you mention it was lady driven. Personally I used to stay away from cars in Pakistan which claim to be
1 Lady driven (because she would have flogged the poor thing to death helped by cheat mechanics)
2 - Army officer driven (completely effed up because the army officer would also treat it like a slave and want it to serve in any condition)
3 doctor driven (these guys are the worst, they dont have time to shave and you expect them to maintain a car)
4 Company maintained (nearly 100% of these cars I have inspected are scrap metal anyway because the "company" who paid for maintenance to another "company" did not actually see what quality of work was going on)
The best is a "normal" car - all the above usually call for a long bill to fix disasters,
IMO the worst would be mercedes benz lady driven, company maintained, = get ready to set fire to your bank cheque book
