Sad to hear this, can imagine your feeling spending something like 10 lakhs plus and getting this irritating issue. Best advice from our PW maestros is already with you, wear hard boots and kick there backs, put every kind of pressure (SUE etc etc) on them, do not in any case spend your money or let any local mechanic touch it for any check up, cuz if they even see a small mark of tool they are going to reject your warranty claim saying "ap ne tu already kisi se is mein kam karaya hua hai, iski warranty void ho chuki hai, ab hum repair karenge tu uski apko cost deni hogi" is liye be very careful mere bhai for future claims if any.
