Well this "place everything at the back" policy is a local thingee... if u take any car in the international market they name the car & the varient now if its a/t or m/t, engine size difference or sunroof w.o sunroof it wont be written at the back... cuz they r minor differences...
for eg if some1 got a W126 2.8 Petrol a/t, SR then the batch at the back will be
280SE or 280SEL
NOT
280SE Automatic Oriel
or
280SEL Prosmatic Oriel
cuz such differences are minor not major, similarly if u take Premio then
it says
X, F or G whatever the grade is... now if its 1.8 or 1.5, a/t or m/t, SR or without wont be written at the back
in my opinion this is decency... who likes everything written at the back??? it looks so cheap... look at the back of civic its so over done with stickers & emblem that u need 5 mins to read everything...
its not only civic, even in corolla
for eg, in international market there is SE Saloon which used to be 1.6 & now comes 1.8 then the rear thing will be same i.e. SE Saloon not 1.6 SE Saloon & 1.8 SE Saloon & having the a/t thing written is definately out of question...
