Strange setup..looks possible in first glance.

The vehicle will be all time 4wd. But practically, I think it will not be useful in offroad driving. The front wheel gear have differential in it. If any one of the four wheels lose traction the vehilce will not move.

Do you mean ther will be 3 diferentials 2 between gear and each wheel? normally we have one differential between gear and wheel in a 2X4 or 4x4 system??

    Frankly,

The idea is the stupidest thing i have ever heard, you cannot mount a shaft and a differential to the output yoke to front wheel drive gearbox. You won't be able to have the ratios work, because the the gearbox has a built in diff, and adding anouther diff will just reduce it a lot further. Second of all they are not built for this kinda stupid stuff, so they won't last a while, third, they won't even work, because when the transfer case will lock the shafts the shafts wont lock the fron't and rear diffs, lots of other stuff.

I presume you are suggesting for the M151/Mutt.

Sherwan88 your tone is very impolite. it appears u have been offended by my idea, but mind it you have offended me!
Arguments are based on logic not harsh remarks, these show manners. And manners are for one reason people around you accept you without getting irritated.

Let me tell you correct approach.
Take a stance without any bias.
If it can't be done then support it by reason and logic.
If it can be done then support it by reason and logic.
But it can only be proved once its actually done.

1-"you cannot mount a shaft and a differential to the output yoke to front wheel drive gearbox. " ]] yoke can be changed and U joint assembly can be mounted.

2- "You won't be able to have the ratios work, because the the gearbox has a built in diff, and adding anouther diff will just reduce it a lot further. " ]] Ratios can be further analyzed if required gears can be fabricated locally in karachi.

3-"Second of all they are not built for this kinda stupid stuff, so they won't last a while, third, they won't even work, because when the transfer case will lock the shafts the shafts wont lock the fron't and rear diffs, lots of other stuff.
]] there is no trnasfer case involved here. More over the argument that some thing can be only used for which its made is stops all inovation and is not always correct, think about it why wont it work and last what will be the torques angular velociites etc involved.. only some thing substatial can be said.

Lastly solving a few text book numerical and working as shift manager in some plant does not make a person engineer. Engineer is some thing more than that.

The differential of FrontWD gear box can be made ineffective by either fixing the planet gear or fixing the ring gear and carrier to both left and right axle gears. this can be done by drilling and fixing bolts in them.
this way we are left with only font and rear differentials. Which should be ok.
    Whats you say??
And an advice we should make this community a decent place, a peace ful friendly place.
