Akif, In light of my limited tech know how both points you raise appear to be valid. What I don't understand is that if we were to do this in Pakistan we would be slapping on an PKR 6-8k turbo on a PKR 90k engine. If in the remote worst case scenario of the engine being toasted, we are looking at a loss of PKR 100k or USD 1.25k. In the "civilied" world people are buying things like the 3L AXT turbo charger (http://www.axtturbo.com.au/Hi2L.html) which alone would probably cost as much and as far as I understand does not change the pump or the internals of the engine. In Pakistan, I am yet to come across a successful converted turbo diesel experiment in the long run, while this appears to be common place in other places particularly Australia it seems..... are we missing something here?
