Default Hilux Suspension - Suggestions welcome

I'm sick of the suspension on my 2000 Hilux. Has given way again and I need to rebuilt. The purpose of my vehicle is a weekly run on the national highway to interior sindh and back. 300 kms up & down on real bad, pot holed & at times no paved roads. The vehicle is a work horse and no rally rig.

Do I go for the stock suspension from Toyota or can I have performance shocks like Monroe etc fitted in a combination.

What do you guys suggest & what would Monroe etc cost ?

MOD EDIT: CLOSED ON POSTER's REQUEST!!

There are a number of good shocks that you can get for a decent price particularly in Karachi. The KUMFAP Brazilian oil shocks have become quite popular and I believe are well suited for Hilux although I found these to be on the stiff side. For improved performance, I would recommend gas shocks most of which would not be Chinese.

I have found the chaps at Kashmir Autos Karachi to be quite reliable and resourceful and they would be able tell you exactly which shocks suit your budget and requirements, starting from US Ranchos down to local makes.

Gas ones are what I have in mind. Too much rough terrain to go around with. Kashmir Autos shall it be for my pit stop.

Driving around Karachi I even broke the main leaf at the back, guess it had weakened from all the banging.

Sajid bhai, what make do you get & where from ?
