    Saidhi bhai,

many congratulations on your amazing victory! I am sure the experience alone is worth the excitement and many a stories, let alone a trophy.
your hard work and dedication to the sport paid off.
Many talk about doing this kind of stuff, only a handful go and do it..

Looking forward to hearing the stories first hand the next time you participate in IJC event.

Thank you very much brother, I am humbled.

Will need your prayers in future too, Inshallah would do my level best to give good results. You know very well, I am only short on skills, not the commitment.

Congrats saidhi sir on winning the rally and keeping ur spirits high after saifon disaster,A true nature of a sportmanship spirit.
BTW how u describe rally driving??is it only a combo of skill, luck and determination,if so then how much u weigh-in all??or there are other factor involved too.
which factor contributed to ur sccuess most??
Qaiser Pal,I have not failed. But found 1 of 10,000 ways which doesn't work.....Toyota driver "I couldn't repair my brakes,so i made my horn louder"..When i was born i was so surprised that i didn't talked to one and half year..since light travel faster then sound, people appear bright until you hear them speak..If u can't convince them, confuse them

Here are two videos that my navigator made with his N-Series mobile phone. The first video was made while we were cruising through the plain/high speed area of Stage Break and CP-4. We are in 4th gear with the speeds around 120. This is the same area where Triton over turned and the Nissan of Ahsan malfunctioned.

The second video was taken while crossing the Mulla River and the track of about 13 kms after that. This video is of the stony part and gives an idea about the beating a rally vehicle has to endure. 1st gear through river and 2nd 3rd and partly 4th afterwards. Speed through stony section was between 70 and 110.Just to give you an idea about the concentration a driver has to achieve, my navigator took the video and I had no clue that he made the video till he informed after the rally.

I am not sure how, but I smehow seemed to have missed this thread completely. Undoubtedly one of the all-time best threads on PW given the depth of the content and coverage plus the overall context of first position! Needless to say the andaaz-e-bayaan is also worthy of artistic and cultural merit! A much belated online congrats from my end!
Many many thanks for sharing! Hats off!

Thank you so much for the kind words, I am honoured.

Some things just happen in life even if one is not that worthy. It might not be doable again even if one endeavours. Rallying again, let alone winning again, seems to be a distant reality, at least for now. Firstly, its a very expensive sport, especially if you want to do it competitively and secondly, you need to have a lot of resolve to prevail. Going to a rally without pushing to the limits is not my cup of tea, hence the retirement for the time being. Hopefully I will compete again and that day will arrive sooner than later, Inshallah.

Looking forward to another and many more days like the one I was blessed with in Jhal, cant thank the Creator enough for what has already been bestowed, but as it is said "yeh dil mangee more"
