    Restored a CJ5 once, but never thought about taking pics and preserving the process back then. Actually that was my 1st restore.

    Dear Taimoor,
    Recently i have completed my Cj-5 Project.

    following are the details.

    Model CJ-5 (disc brake model USA 1983)
    Color = Matt Black
    Body Modification = none except power steering.
    Engine Swap = 1kzT of toyota prado
    Gear = 2001 model Toyota Surf Manual with Electronic 4x4
    Normal 15inch rims and tyres.

    this jeep is extreemly fast it even create tyre burnout even in reverse gear.

    Very Nice and ambitious Wrangler project.... not sure how you sourced all the original body parts, but hats off for the passion. Interested to know the following:
    1. What engine and transmission are you running?
    2. How are the front coils performing and if you made any modifications to compensate for the lighter body?
    3. Whats is the drive ratio on the Hilux diffs with those tall tires?
