    Default Truck bed liners

    Anyone know where I can find a good brand of truck bed liners that one can apply rather than fix.

    Any idea if Grizzly Grip or Herculiner is available here in Pakistan and / or whether it can be brought in personal baggage ?

    Something that would set to look like this .......
    Truck bed liners -38800

    Truck bed liners -38801

    Hey Sarmad,
    I think you might want to consider 3M undercoat for use as your truck bed liner,
    Haven't seen it done but might be worth consideration, looks a lot like the rubberised paint being used in the picture...

    I don't think ICI makes protective coatings, especially for vehicles as 3M does. Even 3M does not have the complete range here.

    This is what I'm talking about;
    Grizzly Grip - Coating for truck bed liners, boats, and more.

    Even though it looks like rubberized paint, it is in fact very hard and very stiff surface. It is primarily based on epoxy which needs time to cure. The best applications are sprayed on rather than applied with a roller or a brush.

    I have used Rhino Lining in the past and it is an incredibly durable product. Here is the website: Rhino Worldwide Protection

    Riz_, Rhino, Grizzly & Herculiner are the things we dont get here, easily atleast. Its a make shift arrangement that people do, like putting the under coat on the flat bed.

    If I may, Sarmad you can try polyurethane base paints (best in the category) for bedliners and you will see them in the link provided by Zain.

    Jotun paints, Norwegian, is another company (but on the dearer side) who have recently come to Pakistan and they import paints in packaged forms so they will arrange for you. I am sure they have a office in KHI but don't about the whereabouts. Just google it.

    Cheers,
    Kaleem

    Oh yeah, you should be able to get all brand there. Try the market in sharjah or the one near Grand Hyatt.
    You should be able to get self applicators (spray cans) of 3M and / or armour all.
    Try getting Grizzly Liner, Herculiner and / or Rhino Liner. Suggest you take along pictures of what you are looking for, sometimes these guys have a totally different name for these things.

    What's your application for ??

    Probably different from what you have in mind, but I am getting a rubber mat floor for my CJ Wrangler. Primarily for sound and heat proofing. Its currently work-in-progress and the guy who is putting it on is pressing it onto the floor with heat. There will a coating once the whole floor and front board is done. Hopefully looks a bit nicer though I am planning on covering it with a carpet anyways.

    Only half of the front board is done yet:

    Will post finished pics if anyone is interested.

    Suhaib Sb, a few queries;

    What's the thickness of the rubber material being put ?
    Is it a large single piece being placed or strips of it ?
    How is the heat treatment being done on it ? (if possible can you post a small video of it)
    Is there any bonding solution being applied to make the rubber stick to the floor ?
