    Default What is cost to prepare a Off road Jeep

    Dear,

    I want Offroad jeep to travel around Northen Areas of Pak... can any body knows, Perfect / good mechanic, who can arrange Khoookha and fully modified Jeep for off road travelling.

    What model of Jeep should be selected
    what will be the engine specs
    what will be the suspension specs
    what will be tyres specs

    kindly need advice

    It takes alot of time, money and patience to build a reliable Jeep.. the whole project will make u a mechanic

    Buy a working and well mantained RKR, and my friend you'll be more than happy, and pretty much painless than building one. Seriously, you'll end up spending more money than the cost of a vehicle already built and running.

    Agreed definatley true. but I must say I learned a whole bunch building my jeep. Plus we must also take into account that most workshops do not complete the tasks as per promised time frame. The only way to keep them moving forward on the project is to keep visiting workshop on a regular basis. This is the reason that for some a Jeep rebuild project can take almost a year to complete
