    Default pajero LWB 87 optimal tyre size--Help

    can someone guide about the best(Recommanded) tyre size and type for above mentioned pajero. optimal in terms of economy/ road grip/ effects on steering and its parts/ comfort. currently my pajero has 275/70 R 16

    I dont have any hands on experience but i think you should shift to 225/80/r16.

    but if you know the stock(OEM) tire size then it will help in calculation

    '87 LWB OEM sizes are....215/80/15....235/75/15.....205/80/16!!!
    MEN DO IT AT DAKAR!!!

    thankyou for your replies
    i've fitted the pajero with dunlop 225/70/16 tyres. steering feels light. acceleration is good but some how ride is little hard. you think yokohama 275/70/16 very over sized compared to this make ride more comfortable.
