    I don't need 4, I'd gladly live my life with this 1

That engine hasn't come in the 70 series (3door), or has it ?
It was offered in the LC 70 pickup, the LC 70 Wagon and the 200 series. Any market offering that in the 3door version ?.

The 70 SWB is being offered with this engine, not sure on the market region though. The one in the 200 is different in the sense that it has two turbos whereas this has only one. I think the 70s in KSA have this as a powerplant. I remember reading on this in some lc forum.
