    it is a spray worth rs:10-20riyals in Saudia Arabia, it acts like a paint protector, because in middle East countries, sand+dust particles fades or damages the paint when on high speed or using a car on highways daily... It has a no. of shades available, but people usually buy this mudd-type shade...

    People working in Middle Eastern countries can guide you better regarding this product,

    Mostly people there spray this before going to any long journey...

    there are certain events when there is need to camouflage the car (of course not for ordinary people). But its is usually done wholly, you can clearly see the white areas on hood and doors. also the light head lamps are clear.

    Like haali said, its a protectant...many cars on middle east highways would apply this...at high speed, the sand particles will act like blades on the car's body and thus ruin the paint...this application will protect this from happening.

    @xain91
    dont mind but that type of extra ordinary people dont even need any type of number plate and not even ruining car looks...
    as all above replies mentions that it is actually for protecting paint not for any safety or privacy issue.
