    Default suggestion regarding Pajero

    Hi All 4X4 fellows

I need your suggestions regarding this matter. Actually i am getting a 93 model lahore registered intercooler Pajero with a body swapped of 95 model intercooler 3.0L v6 petrol engine in very much neat clean condition genuinely i guess 80k on the clock. The vehicle hasn't got a single rupee of expenditure. Its condition is just buy n drive.

    Please advice regarding that vehicle

Should i buy it or not??

Is it easy and cheap to maintain as a daily runner??

Is it feasible to install CNG in it??

    waiting fr your suggestions

    Saqib

I remember afew years back the parts for a Pajero were worth in GOLD only later a few people realised that the L300 wagon had some similar parts and were interchangeable, Pajero I have heard is a good car although for some reason a lot of people had a lot of problems with the engine and had put in an engine of the prado. A lot depends on the care that you give the car.... Get the all the fluids changed and most important DRIVE SAFE !!!!

One has to be a sadist to run a V6 on CNG, amigo......a crime, if you ask me ! If the car in question has clocked genuine 80K then you are good for another 200,000 kms provided good quality lubricants are used with original filters to match......my advice, go for it but it will only be unfair not to warn you that you are likely to fall in love with it....means serious trouble if you are a married man!

CNG does not work very well with that engine, atleast it didnt for us. If it does not require any work then go for it. A well maintained Pajero is not a problem to own

If you are talking about diesel engines then yes they are economical but pathetic at performance. Petrol versions are not economical as you describe. You have to choose either economical, noiser diesel or un economical but smooth and quite petrol v6. Ill choose the V6 even if give me 4 km/ltr

Burhan, sir, your gen 1 Pajero V6 is my wet dream. Loved the ride in it bro!! And don't worry, I think us Pajero fans can get many new wives because we drive great cars

To the poster- I think if you have that option open, you should leap bounds to get it.
