Question is it safe to buy this PAJERO?

I have seen a 3 door pajero intercooler turbo 1995 for sale and i want to buy it, but the problem seems to me is i dont understand what he has done to it.

He has swapped pajero engine with toyota engine
    Gear changed to manual
    off-road gear removed
    CNG installed
He says the suv gives a very good run at fuel consumption. He says it gives 100KM on 500Rs. CNG.

I dont understand what he has done with his Pajero.

Is it safe to buy this vehicle?

    Vehicle History: Pajero 1 & 2 (4d55 Non-Turbo - 4d56 Turbo & 4M40 I-C Turbo) / Land Cruiser BJ60(13B-T Turbo) / Nissan Patrol GQ(Td422 Non-Turbo)

Your grandchildren will likely find it incredible - or even sinful - that you burned up a gallon of gasoline to fetch a pack of cigarettes!

    I fully agree.

Unless you are a person with enough skills and ideas, and equipped with the capacity to control mechanics and associated costs, better to stay away from such modified vehicles.

it must be having a toyota 3s engine. Ive seen old pajeros working fine with these engines.
    1)Merdcedes W124-Daily driven, 2)Toyota FJ70 RKR-Reliable offroader, 3)Mitsubishi Pajero Shogun-Comfy workshorse, 4)M38A1-Fun ride, 5)Daewoo Racer- Econimically reliable
