Also really like how this one came out. The zoom lens was really doing its thing with the out of focus areas (called "bokeh" in photography glossary). Hope you enjoy it also.
There is a sense of achievement one gets when you plan on something and it turns out just the way you wanted it. The idea here was to give the illusion that these guys were actually sitting on the old truck, where in fact, they were not, they were sitting on the landscape behind the truck. Again, the zoom lens shines here. I've always enjoyed shooting with "mid" focal length tele-zooms, they give you awesome perspective when you have the depth in a scene. Could never do this with a wide angle, no matter how good.
