    Default Pajero 1993 or a Landcuiser 88?

    I am in for a 4x4 need it for gt road and a driving from Islamabad to hattar daily via taxila don't want a flashy looking or newish due to don't want to attract unwanted attention but something which would be tough and reliable due to seen to many accidents and loony tunes truck drivers are loads. budget is less then 7-8 lakhs thought a pajero 92-94 would be best love one in red or a landcruiser 87-89 as they are quite well other one was in mine a hilux 89-96 ones reck one can find tht in budget?

    @crashD

    Tritons DiDs won't have any kind of back up.....engine, drivetrain, body panels are all different. Its either sourcing from Thailand, UK or UAE!
    L200 Dewan version.....both 2.5 and 2.8...... is no issue as Military runs thousands of 'em and parts are therefore available!

    so the one I got is 2.5did turbo engine guess no back up for tht as hardly saw any of these on the roads which means if it goes wrong will be parked at driveway till parts arrive from dubai being the nearest still its fairly newish so guess will go along fine hopefully, is it serviced easily by the dewan ppl or would be wise to bring in some extra oil and air filter plus any extra parts? I am a quite good at toyota and merc parts sorting but not when it comes to mits as first I have ever bought.

    @crashD

    I have both the 3.2 and the 2.5 versions and so far nothing except air, oil and diesel filters! Oil filters are the same as for 2.8 and 2.5 local versions, respectively! Diesel and air filter are totally different and I source 'em from UAE! Though mine are sparingly used but since you are getting a low mileage piece, all should be good!
