    Default IJC's Rainy Sunday Offroading - April 29, 2012

IJC members ventured out to Rawat for an offroading session as scheduled. It was a funny sort of day today which started off with bright sunshine and by the time we hit the trails, it was raining down and we even experienced a small hail storm (yaala baari)....

As a result, we decided to cut short the trip and were not able to continue the offroading session, but decided to stack up at Zeb Bhai's factory for some tea, gup shup and pakoras. Some members decided to do some exploring in the area and ventured back through the alternate return route via Kahuta Road which holds significant offroad potential, yet to be explored...

What was really interesting was that there seemed to be a large number of new members on the scene with a number of vehicles which at least I had not seen earlier. Good to know that the offorading community is growing and new members are always welcome....

Owing to the rain, there perhaps won't be much photography, but boy oh boy, if ever there was amazing weather on any offroading session, it was today! So enjoy the lil' tidbits that will surely follow...

    Best Regards,

    Suhaib Kiani

I still have a few more to be uploaded, pakora's were actually very tasty they were not staying long in the dishes and I didn't want to be left behind because of that I may have missed taking pakora close-up's. Those anda ones were very good too with freshly baked roti.

It was a wonderful hospitality for newcomers like us and we throughly enjoyed the day. Thankyou all at IJC

IJC : Come for the style, You'll stay for the pakoras

I'm just cursing myself here for having missed them, was so close and yet so far! Had to run to catch up with friend who was to show me around the backstreets of Rawat for future track hunting...
