    Default mini pajero heating issue

    assalam o alaikum
    hope u all are fine.
recently i pruchased a mini pajero, the problem i am facing are heatup issues after overhauling. All the work was done by a good mechanic but i am just stuck in this mini jeep. The work done on the engine is crank grinding, piston sleeves, rings, head valves etc.

Now the problem is dat the vehicle is overheating in daytimes and when u press the throttle hard. the temperature needle goes to half, the rpm needle fluctuates i.e from 1500 rpm to 2000 rpm then drops again to 1500. this happens every second if i drive it with a light foot then its ok in evening and even in daytime.

Suggestions needed from professionals. Mileage after overhaul is abt 400 km. Mechanic says i will tune the engine after 100km, it all goes fine then but i am not satisfied by him.

I also wanted to swap the engine to 1100cc but the mechanics said that u also had to change the differentials etc wid engine,i searched for the same engine but not a single engine is available in bilal gunj.

note: its a 16 valve turbo intercooler 660cc.

    regard

Does your engine have a mechanical fan or an electric fan?

and you need the thermostat valve in this engine because the thermostat is positive bypass type, meaning when the engine heats up to open the thermostat all water/coolant is forced to the radiator.

    aoa,
as its is a 03 model so its having an electronic fan which is attached to the radiator.
thermostat valve is present but mechanic unplugged the grip of that pipe to make fan direct

Actually its not heating up, its a tps fault, when throttle body gets hot or something like this, the sensor become faulty. yesterday i drove abt 100 km constantly so dere is no increased coolant in the reservoir bottle. Today i will see the mechanic as mileage is 550 km now and he wants to tune the engine
