Dear, Petrol Version is having + point of low maintainance / low cabin noise but -ve point is of high petrol price. if you can pay the price ... go for it.

Diesel drive is very awesome... but noise and maintainance costs you -ve.

if you plan to keep vehicle for less than 3-years, choose diesel (as new diesel engine will let you enjoy max.)

if you plan to keep vechile for more than 3-years, choose petrol ....

by the way, diesel engine lasts more if properly maintained.

By the way... My pick is Brunette anyday.....

Diesel makes more sense on large vehicles since they generally produce more bottom end torque & are more fuel efficient.

it seems to be that i should go for petrol SUV and convert it in to CNG. By this way within city CNG will give extra milage and petrol can be used for OFF road adventures ??

Petrol is useless for offroading,... you can't get the engines wet.

If you are planing to take ur SUV off-road go for diesel, since they don't stall easily in water ..... but if ure going to use it for the road and if you can afford using petrol , go for petrol for a smoother and cleaner ride..
