    Post Restoration of MUTT M825 { in Gujrat Village Sher Ghar }

    I purchased Mutt M825 from Kharian on 10-04-2012 and started restoration work in my Village Sher Ghar in Gujrat. Restoration project is still under process, however today I start this thread for those who loves 4x4 Vehicles & Off Roaders. Your advices and technical helps are required.

    G8...Well I h ave seen last day Mutt having 3s Engine but guy changes back Suspension & 4x4 ..so dont like that too much but he say it will make 120 easily... I dont know abt stock..

    Ali sb i think winch installation has gone wrong.... plate fixing is not in good position.....

    Thanks for your concerns,,,,,,,,,,we installed this winch as per given specification and instruction by the manufacture Ramsey company. Quality wise steel plates and welding work is very heavy duty and it can take load up to 12000 lbs.

    most of peoples are using regular winches which are 6000 lbs to 8000 lbs capacity and their body volume is small, and it takes less space for installation, in our case this winch is big and capacity is 12000 lbs it took some extra space, hence visually it's looks different.

    However I appreciate your concerns, and need experts advise in future. Because it's help me to learn more.

    ali bhai,

    this is how i have fixed it i am sorry but you have lost your approach angle from front.
    mine is 18,000 lbs 18 series warn winch, i have installed it on frame.
    and tryd to secure the max angle of approach. i can send you more pics if needed.

    Read ur whole tread for the first project it was OK but hi lift jack installation winch and rear gate they are not professionally done please put jack t side wall and winch back to its original bumper along with proper wiring rest all OK if need any help u know my no once again wonderful job in such a remote area and ur village is beautiful
