Default Price check 2002 RX Prado

Please guide me regarding the suitable price of a 2002 RX automatic Prado in mint condition KARACHI registered. The owner has replaced the original 1KD engine with a 5VZ 3.4l petrol engine (inline 6). The owner is a keeper and the condition is immaculate. The engine has been changed on the registration book (passport type) however, there is a discrepancy that the power has been mentioned as 2,982cc (similar to 1KD).

Could you please advise me what's the max I can pay for this vehicle? Also, is this going to be an issue due to lower engine power mentioned on the regn. book?

Cannot comment anything on the price but there is one thing that why owner did not update the engine power and that is to get in lower tax slab and the excise people who check the vehicle dont know specification of each and every engine so I dont think there is going to be a problem but wait for the experts to answer this
