Default TLC FJ40 drum to disc conversion kit

    Dear PW'ers,

I saw this kit from man a free for the stock drum to disc conversion from man a free, do we have something like this available here locally?

I am aware that we can take the axle out for a later model and retrofit it on the fj40, but that's kinda Jugar , this seems bolt on. Any advantages of this over that ?

I think Farooq who is working on restoring my ride got it from Quetta...but I am not sure. You can ask the IJCians, they will give you the latest info...and I am sure it will be a lot cheaper than any of the after market conversion kits available abroad....

I bought the complete original (ventilated) set for my FJ40 from Haji Fazal Akbar (03009035105) at City Sadar Road. No modifications/alterations at all. Didn't even change the brake booster.
