Default Consumption issue on Patrol - Suzuki Vitara Jeep

    Dear All,

i have a fantastic Vitara 3 door with original 1.6 suzuki engine, it runs very well on CNG and does around 160Km in a cylender, but when i have to run it on patrol it consumes like hell, doesnt go more than 6/ltr, got it checked from different mechanics in last one year but no change,

any ideas from the experts around would be highly appreciated...

    thanks in advance

If your fuel pump is fine, get your carburetor checked. I've kept this car for a while and it had a faulty carby. It got an average of 5kmpl. It's a pretty simple engine really.
