Default Suggestions required regarding Kia Sportrage Engine Swap

I need to swap engine of kia sportage , currently its having a toyota 3S with stock gear box, but idk which generation 3S it is. I have searched through many threads on pakwheels and came across that three engines are mainly used Toyota 3S, Mazda F8 and Mazda FE.
Fuel economy is not an issue but I need good power in the jeep. The current engine is quite noise on high rpms. Suggest some good engine experts.
I have gone through some 3S engines and found that the 5th generation 3S-GE ( black top ) gives around 207hp & 216Nm torque, can I swap that engine ?

it will bolt on as its not much longer than a 5 cyl engine, it will surely tear up the differential though - it may also twist the chassis rails.. In a nutshell its really overpowered for this little car.

a regular run off the mill mazda FE will suit it perfectly, If you cannot find one then a Toyota 22R (2.4 cressida/hilux engine) is also very suitable, the 22R is known as "it will not die"

any wide valve angle engine requires you rev the living daylights out of it to make any usable torque - any toyota GE engine is that, the old 22R is like a blacksmith's anvil - it just keeps going on, its a plain oldschool SOHC engine that started as a carburettor engine, Not very revvy, not very advanced but tough as rocks.
