So the news is... I went to mechanic today for those dug dug noises...

He opened up whole suspension from shock absorbers to wishbones to balance rods and tire rods...

Balance Rod and Tire Rod bushes and ball joints were pressed and repaired hence they are good to go if i am not wrong.

Front shock absorbers were replaced with new shocks KYB(japan, i am not sure if these are original) costs around 2200rs for pair.

After whole days work ... test driving and woooshhh.. the front left side brake line is busted because mechanic (ahole) left it hanging the brake pads when he took out the hub.... thats tomorrow's list of TODO.

All the sounds have vanished but ONE this ONE sound is irritating me... its only coming when turning or during sudden pickup or when car hits speed brakers or pot holes... this ONE DUG sound HAS TO BE REMOVED by tomorrow InshaAllah.

    List of expenditures:
    Mechanic MAZOOORI= 1500rs
    Shock Absorbers = 2200rs/pair
    6 Ball Joints Pressing = 800rs
Misc (Grease, Washers, Nuts and Bolts, Kerosene Oil, Microfibre clothes etc) = 1100Rs

And tomorrow's expenditure will be updated soon...

And yes left side power window button cover fell down God knows how and why while driving, will be DIYing that tomorrow as well.

    Update
Brake lines front both installed new. Bleeding done. And now brakes are excellent.

After alignment the Dug sound is gone.

Jeep is mechanically perfect now MashaAllah.

Bro I am residing in Quetta... I have noted down the place, very soon I will be coming back to Karachi and InshaAllah going to these places for buying new parts as pressed and repair is my least of priorities, i prefer new parts than these used ones. But these are fine for few thousand CAREFUL KMs.

Mechanics here are full jugaari's.. mostly keep on dragging the work without any reasons... but this mechanic did pretty well, no time wasting and nakhray, bring in the parts and the work is done thats it. No BS.

Yup I have this choice as well but why go illegal. The body of this keep is already swapped but same model and its in perfect brand new condition. Remaining interior is all personal taste. As my better half is saying you are going to make this jeep sound less like your city. But jeep are jeeps whatever you do everytime you drive and you hear a new sound.

    Update:

I have updated the suspension of my Jeep to brand new one sourced from @GtiR , he is dealing with Central Parts Korea in Pakistan.
A nice person to deal with, got parts the next day of payment. A trusted person IMHO.

List of parts replaced to Brand New ones:
    1. Idler Arm
    2. Pitman Arm
    3. Ball Joint Set
    4. Control Arm Set
    5. Wishbone Bushes
    6. Tie Rod Set

As you can see I repaired Control Arm , Tie Rod and Idler/Pitman Arms in Quetta but after a month of usage the Jeep was producing same sounds.
Total Cost of the parts and labor came around 25000Rs.

Some of the pictures have been uploaded. Sorry for different replies I tried easy image thing and got trolled

    Central Parts Korean brand brother.
Jahanzab aka @GtiR at pakwheels is the dealer. Sent me all the parts via TCS. Nicely packed and brand new sealed.
