Question CJ-5 Maintenace Work and Instalaltion of Full Doors

    AoA Experts out there.

I require a help and advise on spending some money to make my CJ-5 (3C Turbo, Rocky Gear) my daily drive. I have following things in mind to to.

    1. Installation of Full Doors (As the jeep is sitting idle for a year and so, and Cats fav place to be)
    2. Floors (Rust has eaten up iron under the driving seat and passenger seat)
    3. Over hauling of Clutch (Currently the clutch is very hard)
    4. Over hauling of Breaks
    5. Hardtop or Soft Top (Still unable to find any good option of Hardtops)
    6. Windscreen replacement
    7. Suspension works (Leaf Springs)
    8. Posish

I need your expert opinion on from where to start, and who would be nice contact for the Doors, denting work, and mechanical expert in Rawalpindi. Contact numbers would be highly appreciated. and what do you think would be cost of this maintenance.

I look forward to your opinion and help... thank you very much.

Ishtiaq saab i think you should keep your CJ-5 simple but mechanically set..

like you have good engine and gear setup i.e; 3CT + Rocky Gear so all u need is to put your savings on rocky front n rear diffs. that will solve your leaf springs, brakes and other issues once for all..... posish is not much required except soft top and seats.. i advice u to keep soft doors rather putting desi hard top/doors.. for all this work...city saddar road and mithukhan ka hatta is a good place to get your work done.

Brother, I suggest you pay a visit to the Jeep market at City Sadar Road. You'll find the answer to your queries from there. At one place, you'll find all the people who are required by you. But please do look around, and take estimates and form your own timelines for your project, rather than stick to the opinion of just anyone.

    Best of luck.
