Great project, Nouman bhai is a knowledgeable person he his guided you well.

I would like to add few things as i think Electronically lockable differential front and rear is a better option then hub locks(lets say i personally prefer them more).
Secondly about suspension since you will completely over haul it its worth having a look at after market solution like Iron man etc.

I guess before starting all this complete overhaul you have checked your engine if it is in its prime best check would be a compression test and match it with OEM figures.
As in most of the cases people spend alot of money and ignore the engine and keep that for the last stage and then its left out due to budget constraints.
    RIP

@ poster is there any chance that a certain Mr. Kashif contacted me over phone regarding this project? If so, please recheck the model year of this vehicle, it is not a 1990 model vehicle.

    .
as per my limited info both are totally different things, hub locks are there to free the axles/front diff. it reduces wear on the front diff and marginally improves the mileage and electrically lockable diffs will replace the open diff.
now there are automatic (from inside) hub locks available if you were referring to that, i dont know if this option came in 70 ot not, i will go in the favor of the mechanical ones. less to go wrong
its all about power to weight ratio...

Torque is how far you take the wall with you.
